Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

To initiate a refund:

  • Please contact bisha@mindyourself.uk within 14 days of delivery to inform us of your intention to return the item.

  • The customer is responsible for the return packaging and postage costs.

Conditions for Refund:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
